A Little Bit About Us
We believe coffee should be something you genuinely look forward to. For over a decade, we've been roasting small-batch coffee, experimenting with beans, dialing in roast profiles, and chasing that perfect cup. What began as a personal passion has now become something bigger, and we want to share our love of great coffee with others.
Our name, Opes Roast, is a tribute to two things we love: our golden retriever, Opel, and the everyday charm of the Midwest. We approach roasting as both a science and an art - meticulous, creative, and always evolving. From sourcing the best green beans to carefully refining every batch, we’re driven by the pursuit of excellence in every cup.
